No.  We only treat clients on a private basis.

Does acupuncture hurt?
Some points can be painful.

Do herbs taste bad?
Yes.

Do you do telehealth appointments?
No.

Is your clinic accessible by mobility impaired clients?
Wheel chair access is possible.  Gurney/stretcher access is not possible.

Do you use animal or endangered plant products?
We do not use endangered plant products.  We prefer not to use animal products but sometimes we have to for serious conditions.

Do you do dry needling?
Dry needling was derived from acupuncture.

Is the cost of treatment covered under Medicare?
No.

Is the cost of treatment covered under a Chronic Disease Management Plan by Medicare?
No.

Is the cost of treatment covered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme?
No.

How do I pay?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.

Private health insurance rebates can be claimed on the spot for most health funds.

Can I get a health fund rebate?
Most private health funds provide rebates for acupuncture under an extras cover.

Most health funds do not provide rebates for Chinese herbal medicine products.

Are you taking students/interns?
No.
